We send one offer with the price, what it includes, the delivery terms and a realistic timeline. Nothing is ordered until you confirm.

Shipping
We follow production, prepare the trade documents, book the freight and keep you updated as the goods move.

Delivery
We stay on the order through customs and delivery, and we're still there if something needs sorting out afterwards.
